System Interface and Navigation
Inventory Module

Setup User Accounts & Access Level
In this Topic we will cover all the details of creating User Accounts, their access levels and how to assign the access levels to users. We will also dive down the different access levels and how they can help you manage your ERP to allow only role specific functions on the ERP.

Setup Display
In this topic we will cover the display setting for each user, and how it can impact other transactions.

Setting up Fiscal Years and Company Setup
In this Topic we will cover the creating, closing of Fiscal Years (The closing effect will be covered in the Accounting Course). How to perform the Company Setup and what information is required to be inputed, and what is crucial information that is required to operate the system.

Setting up Document/Transaction References
In this topic we will cover how to change the default references for your system transactions. Also how we can create non default transactions for different types of references for the same transaction.
