About Course

In this course we will go over the inventory module, from creating and updating your item masters to creating sales and purchase pricing to managing your inventory and stock. In this course we will cover all types of inventory types: purchasable, service and manufactured items.

Course outcome:

After this course you should be able to create and manage your item masters. You will also be able to manage your stock and inventory and handle any stock discrepancies that arise during your operations. You are also able to differentiate when to use the different items types and their effect on the system.

Course Content

Inventory Setup
In this topic we will cover how to create inventory location, item categories, item masters, item tags and other functionalities that you will help you in managing your stock in Solution ERP. This is an important process to be able to effectively operate your ERP to match your operational requirements.

Inventory Transactions
In this topic we will cover the various transaction you can create in the inventory module and how will each transaction affect the stores and the standard cost. We will also cover how you can manage your inventory by doing stock adjustments or stock reconciliations and what each transaction use case scenario.

Inventory Reporting
In this topic we will go over how you can have a complete overview to monitor and manage your inventory to make informed decisions and be able to extract the relevant reports. We will also cover the use case scenario of each of the many inventory reports that Solution ERP offers to monitor your inventory.
